About Us

Waffle & Stitch is a UK-based small business creating handmade crochet plushies, patterns and gifts.

Products

As each item is handmade, every plushie is unique. Small variations in size, shape and colour are part of the handmade process and are not considered faults.

We do our best to display colours accurately, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.

Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice.

Orders

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

• a product has been listed incorrectly

• payment cannot be authorised

• an item becomes unavailable

• fraudulent activity is suspected

If an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

Payment

Payment is securely processed through Shopify and its approved payment providers. Waffle & Stitch does not store your payment details.

Processing & Delivery

Most orders are dispatched within a few working days. During particularly busy periods, made-to-order items may take up to two weeks to be completed before dispatch.

Delivery times provided by shipping companies are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Waffle & Stitch is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs or circumstances beyond our control.

Safety

Our plushies are UKCA compliant where applicable.

Unless otherwise stated, plushies are recommended for children aged 3 years and over due to small parts and safety considerations.

Adult supervision is recommended for younger children.

Crochet Patterns

Patterns are sold for personal use only.

You may sell finished items made from a Waffle & Stitch pattern in small quantities, provided they are handmade by you and credit Waffle & Stitch as the pattern designer where possible.

Patterns may not be copied, redistributed, shared, translated, resold or claimed as your own.

Intellectual Property

All photographs, product descriptions, designs, logos, patterns and website content remain the intellectual property of Waffle & Stitch unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details regarding returns, exchanges and refunds.

Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is only used to process your order and provide customer support.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waffle & Stitch shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
